We offer a 90-day exchange warranty. If the part does not work or is not as described we will promptly send you a replacement. We may ask that you send the original item back but will send a return label and pay for shipping costs.
We test all parts on the vehicle prior to removal. We also mark them so do not waste our time and try returning your old part as if it was ours and claim it was broken (it happens frequently).
If you’re returning it because you changed your mind there will be a 20% restocking fee.
If you claim it doesn’t work we will test it on a vehicle again to verify before refunding.
Parts also need to be returned in the same condition as mailed out.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. You may need to contact your financial institution to recover funds if the original card was closed or canceled.
