You will only receive what is pictured unless otherwise stated in the description. Please do not assume anything else will be included if it is not pictured.
If you’re returning an item for any reason other than it was defective there will be a 20% restocking fee.
All parts are tested on the vehicle before removal. All parts are marked and tagged to ensure customers return the right / correct item. OVER SIZED ITEM SHIPPING POLICY Shipments Will Ship Either UPS or USPS Unless Over 100lbs or 100in Combined Dimensions. If the item is large (over 100 lbs or 100 combined inches) it will either ship Greyhound or Freight. Large items are typically Hoods, Doors, Bumpers, Lift gates, some Fenders, Engines, and Transmissions. Freight items ship to a Valid Business address and are large items generally OVER $300 in value. If you want it delivered to a residential address it is an additional $150 fee(additional to the shipping charge listed in ad). Alternatively, you can have it delivered to a freight terminal and you can go there to pick up for only $50 additional. Greyhound shipments are for large items generally UNDER $300 in value. These items can only be shipped to a Greyhound Bus Terminal and they will call you once it arrives. Please be advised Greyhound Package Express shipping on average takes 10 business days (2 weeks) but can sometimes take up to 30 days. They ship items under their Buses based on space availability. A tracking # will be provided but it is not always accurate or valid on their website. You may need to call into a station to get accurate information about your item.
